Gatlin's Straw - Term & Conditions

Delivery/Pick-up Terms & Conditions

 Deliveries are made Monday thru Friday only, between 8:00am and 5:00pm. 

 We cannot give nor assign a specific time of delivery.  Our delivery driver will call the number you provided 30-45 minutes prior to their arrival.

If you are not available to be home during the delivery you may let us know the location of the payment and where to stack the straw in the notes section. (Example: Please stack in driveway to left side not blocking walkway, check will be under front doormat.) 

If your plans change after the order has been submitted and you need to step away during the delivery you may let the driver know when he/she calls or call our office prior to your delivery and we can notify the driver for you.

- Please make checks payable to RALPH GATLIN. 

- Payment is due upon delivery.

- FAILURE TO CANCEL YOUR DELIVERY PRIOR TO THE REQUESTED DELIVERY DATE WILL RESULT IN A $15 CANCELATION  FEE.

- FAILURE TO PAY ON DELIVERY WILL CANCEL YOUR ORDER or is subject to a 5% late payment fee. If your delivery has to be rescheduled due to non payment, a $15 trip fee will be added to your total due on delivery.

- There is a $25 fee on returned checks.

Once your order is successfully received, we will email you a receipt as a confirmation shortly after. 

Please contact us if you do not receive an email 1-2 hours after placing your order, as there may have been an issue with the form being submitted.

Please note that any fields with the asterisk (*) beside it is required and the form will not be to be submitted without the required information

We DO NOT accept credit card payments.

Installation Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT IS DUE SAME DAY UPON COMPLETION OF INSTALL

PLEASE READ: This form is to request an appointment for pine straw installation only.  THIS IS AN ORDER FORM, NOT AN INVOICE OR RECEIPT, but a simple request for an installation appointment. Final totals are given after installation is complete. Date availability is first-come, first-served and is subject to approval. Please note that after we receive your request, you will receive an email confirmation with an estimated window of arrival. 

 If you DO NOT receive an email confirmation within 2-4 hours of submission, please call our office as there may have been an issue with your form submission.

Our appointment reminder will be sent out the day prior to your installation.  Our crew will also call the number you provide 30 minutes before their arrival on the day of your installation.

The customer MUST be available on location for our crew to consult during the installation. If the crew arrives and no one is on site, your installation will be cancelled, and you will need to call our office to reschedule on the next available business day.

PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. 

We accept cash or check only. Please make checks payable to: RALPH GATLIN

If you have selected a walk-through, please note that the walk-through will be done the same day you selected for the install.  We do the walk-through before beginning the installation, and we will let you know what we anticipate using beforehand. If you need to make any changes or wish our crew to do only certain areas, you may let us know during the walk-through. If we do the walk-through and you decide to cancel the installation, there will be a $50 service fee due on-site. 

Failure to pay at the time of service may cancel your installation appointment or be subject to a 15% late payment fee. There is an additional $25 fee on returned checks.

Customer agrees that all information given in this order form to be accurate and true, and take all financial responsibility, including but not limited to any and all courts costs, collection fees, late fees and/or bank fees that may be incurred to returned checks or non payment. I understand non payments are subject to court proceedings and/or possible liens. I understand placing orders under false pretenses is fraudulent and punishable by law. In the event of non payment of services or returned checks with no resolution; Customer also give permission to Gatlin's Straw and it's employees to repossess any and all materials used without hindrance and with the presence of law enforcement if requested. Customer also understand the pricing is $9.00 per bale which includes the pine straw, delivery, labor for installation and sales tax. Trenching is optional, and is an additional $1.00 per linear foot.
