We do not sell or mine your data or share it for any reason other than to provide you with the exceptional customer service and updates on your order. 

 

We collect the minimum of personal data necessary to create your order.  This ensures clear communication on any changes and creates accurate location of job so there are no delays.

  • Your Telephone Number.

  • Your Address.

 

This information must be accurately provided to use our Online Order Forms. If you are unable to provide the information, then you will not be able to submit an order.

 We use your personal information to provide services to you and to also communicate any questions or changes to your order, or to notify you of your delivery or installation appointment.

 

  • We use your First and Last Name to interact with you about your order.

  • We use your Email Address to send your confirmation email and receipt to you after your order is placed.

  • We use your Company Name so that your receipt reflects it was for a Company if needed.

  • We use your Telephone Number to communicate with you any changes or concerns, and also to notify you of when we are on the way.

  • We use your Address so we know the exact location of where are services are needed.

 

Reasons We Share Personal Data

Any Personal information we collect is for our Office Use only and we will not authorize the release of this information to anyone outside Gatlin's Straw, except as stated below:

 

We may release the information we collect should you breach our Terms of Services, or if we under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation and will release the information to a relevant authority.  This may include exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purpose of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

 

Notice of Breach

Should there be any security breach from an unauthorized intruder in Cognito's System, they will notify us as soon as possible in which we will then notify you and note the action we took in response.

 

Term and Conditions

On each of our order forms there is a Terms and Conditions portion that covers all of our company guidelines and also includes a link to our Privacy Policy; by checking "Yes" to the terms and conditions you agree to sharing the data with us and also agree that you have read over our Privacy Policy  and understand it.
